Peggy and Darrin also let us know every step before it came up as they all came up, explained every moving part, laid out and helped us compared all options, and it really helped us with our decisions along the way. Peggy's work with us was particularly relevant when it came to decisions like buying points, as well as the interactions of down-payments, appraisal values, and how that would all change the numbers and options even after our bid was accepted. Should we ever do this again, we'll be going straight to Peggy and Darrin, no question of it.
